Torn Paper Collage

Create your own small piece of original art from recycled magazines! We’ll explore the fun, sustainable world of torn paper collage in this 1.5 hour workshop with Philly collage artist Ingrid Spangler!
Learn about tearing paper with or against the grain for different effects, choosing colors and adding “texture” to the collage by incorporating patterns or text.
Feel free to bring your own magazines to use in your collage!
Otherwise, all materials are provided. This workshop is 1.5 hours long with a maximum of 10 participants (12 years and older.)
